At Sonali Saree Palace, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience and complete customer satisfaction. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the policy below carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order.

a) Time Frame for Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After 12 hours, the order enters processing andย cannot be cancelled.

b) How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number:

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and initiate the refund.


2. Return Policy

As a small business dealing in readymade blouses and ethnic wear, we do not accept returns except under specific conditions.

a) Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a wrong product, or

  • You received a damaged or defective item

b) Conditions for Return

  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • After verification, we will either:

    • Arrange a reverse pickup, or

    • Ask you to ship the product back to our address.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

a) When Refunds Are Applicable

  • Order cancelled within 12 hours and not shipped

  • Wrong or defective product received and return approved

  • Product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled

b) Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

  • Please allow 5โ€“7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank or UPI details to process the refund.


4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges for size, color preference, or personal choice.

  • No exchange will be accepted for altered or customized blouses.
  • Please refer to the size chart, product description, and images before placing your order.

  • If you need help selecting the right product or size, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


5. Order Not Received

If you do not receive your order within 15 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us. We will:

  • Track the shipment with the courier partner

  • Provide you with a clear update

  • Issue a refund if the order is confirmed as lost in transit
