5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be under processing.

  • Sonali Saree Palace reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or technical issues. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for incorrect or defective products, subject to verification.
